Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, RUNNING SOCKS and CLIMBING SHOES (due to their specialized nature) cannot be returned unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  2. Wait for Approval: Our runner-enthusiast team will respond within 24-48 hours with return authorization and instructions
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Montgomery facility (return shipping is at customer’s expense)

Return Shipping Options

You may choose your preferred carrier for returns:

  • DHL/FedEx: Recommended for fastest processing (typically 5-7 business days)
  • EMS: More economical option (typically 10-15 business days)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
