Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Recommended)

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Cost: $12.95 USD

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Available for orders over $50 USD

Note: Delivery times may vary for international shipments. We currently ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All returned items must be:

  • In original condition (unworn with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and specialty reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Running Socks
  • Climbing Shoes

How to Return or Exchange

  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Montgomery facility (return shipping at your expense)

  • DHL/FedEx: Fastest option (5-7 business days)
  • EMS: More economical (10-15 business days)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Timeline: Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For size or style exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process
  • Include a note specifying your preferred replacement
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received (additional shipping charges may apply)
